Frequently Asked Questions

  • Willow Integrative Medicine is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance.

This allows for longer, more personalized visits and a more in-depth approach to your care.

Upon request, a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan. Additionally, our services are HSA/FSA eligible for reimbursement.

  • Initial Visit (60 minutes): $375

Following the initial visit, ongoing care is offered through a membership model at $200 per month, with a minimum 6-month commitment.

Membership includes ongoing personalized care, care planning, one monthly visit, between-visit support via messaging, and follow-up tailored to your health goals and needs.

Healing and long-term wellness often require consistent support and a deeper, root-cause approach to care. The membership model allows for the time, continuity, and personalized guidance needed to support meaningful, lasting health changes.

For select patients who require minimal follow-up care, individual Follow-Up Visits (30 minutes): $200 may be available instead of membership enrollment.

Because care is highly personalized, the frequency of visits and any additional costs — such as laboratory testing or supplements — will vary based on your individual needs.

All recommendations and associated costs will always be discussed with you before moving forward.

  • Prior to your first appointment, you’ll complete a detailed online health history form, which I will review in advance.

During your visit, we’ll take time to go through your story in depth. I’ll ask thoughtful, targeted questions to better understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and overall health picture so we can begin identifying the underlying drivers of your concerns.

From there, we’ll discuss whether any lab testing may be helpful and begin developing a personalized care plan tailored to your needs and health goals. You’ll leave with a clear sense of next steps and an initial direction for your care.

  • This practice is designed to be more thoughtful and personalized than a traditional medical visit. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we take the time to understand the full picture of your health and look for underlying causes.

Appointments are longer, more in-depth, and centered around you—your history, your lifestyle, and your goals. The goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to help you feel better in a lasting, meaningful way.

  • Yes—lab testing can be a helpful tool in understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.

If appropriate, we may discuss both conventional and specialty testing to help guide your care. All recommendations are individualized, and testing is only ordered when it will meaningfully impact your treatment plan.
